TAIHEIYO CEMENT PHILIPPINES, INC. daily production of 6000 tons of clinker cement production line The rotary kiln fire smoothly

At 5:08 pm local time on May 6th, the TAIHEIYO CEMENT PHILIPPINES, INC.(TCPI) 6000 ton daily clinker cement production line rotary kiln, equipped by Shanghai Hailuo Kawasaki Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Haichuang Green Energy, was successfully ignited. Vice General Manager Takashi Hirai of Shanghai Haichuan Company was invited to attend the ignition and start-up ceremony.

At the ignition ceremony, Takashi Hirai warmly congratulated the successful ignition of the TCPI project. As the equipment supplier, Shanghai Haichuan and its two parent companies, Haichuang Group and Kawasaki Heavy Industries, attach great importance to this project and have dispatched elite troops to ensure the supply of on-site equipment, closely monitor key equipment, grasp major milestones, overcome many difficulties, and ensure the smooth achievement of the milestone of rotary kiln ignition.

Mr. Shichuan, the project manager of TCPI, expressed sincere gratitude to all relevant participating teams for their efforts. He hopes that all units will continue to work hard and successfully complete the commissioning of the subsequent cement grinding system and dock packaging and shipping system, while complying with safety regulations, in order to achieve the goal of production compliance and commercial operation as soon as possible.

Although the owner had extremely high requirements for the appearance, wiring, safety protection, and other aspects of the thousands of equipment on the production line, the project team remained calm and prepared relevant contingency plans. In response to the owner's rectification opinions and various issues, they tried their best to overcome them one by one, coordinated resources from all parties to implement the rectification plan, and ultimately gained the owner's recognition, creating a prerequisite for smooth ignition.

The successful ignition of this production line has laid a solid foundation for the smooth completion and handover of the project. The project team will continue to accelerate the equipment debugging of the cement grinding and packaging system according to the high standards and strict requirements during the production line debugging period, complete cement production as soon as possible, achieve formal commercial operation, and deliver a satisfactory answer to the customer.
