Anhui Conch Kawasaki Engineering Co., Ltd. (ACK), founded in 2006,is a Sino Japanese joint venture jointly established by Anhui Haichuang Lvneng Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. under China Conch Venture Holding Co., Ltd. and Kawasaki Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. of Japan, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.

In 2016, the company responded to the Belt and Road Initiative actively and has expanded its overseas energy-saving and environmental protection business vigorously. The company invested and established Shanghai Conch Kawasaki Engineering Co., Ltd. (SCKE) in Shanghai, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ACK. The registered capital of SCKE is CNY 100 million. Taking advantage of the policies and strengths of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, the company has been expanding its overseas business rapidly. ACK and SCKE are collectively called Conch Kawasaki.

The parent company, China Conch Venture Holdings Limited (Conch Venture), was established in The Cayman Islands in 2013 and listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 19, 2013 (Stock Code: 00586. HK). Conch Venture is the third listed corporate among the "Conch System" (Conch Cement, Conch Profiles). Conch Venture holds 49% of the shares of Anhui Conch Group Co., Ltd. (Conch Group) and is the second largest shareholder of Conch Group. Conch Venture directly owns more than 200 subsidiaries with total assets of more than CNY 60 billion.

The main business of Conch Kawasaki is EPC for the energy-saving industry project (Industrial Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant (WHR), Coal-fired Power Plant (CPP), Combined-Cycle Gas Steam Turbine Power Plants (CCPP), Cement Plant ) and environmental protection industry project (Waste to Energy Plant (WtE), Industrial Solid Waste & Hazardous Waste Treatment Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Denitrification of Cement Plant Emissions ), equipment supply, spare parts supply and technical service and so on. Conch Kawasaki is the pillar of Conch Venture in terms of the energy-saving industry and environmental protection industry. Conch Kawasaki’s parent company, Conch Venture can provide the BOO/BOT model for the Waste to Energy Plant in the world.

Conch Kawasaki has won a National Science and Technology Support Program project, a Science and Technology Achievement Award from China Building Materials Federation, the "Blue Sky Award" with the most investment value in the global renewable resources field of the United Nations, and received the certifications of ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System and GB/T28001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The company has obtained 142 patents (including 10 international patents) among which there are 28 invention patents, 105 utility models, 5 appearance patents, and 4 trademark patents, and another 10 invention patents entered the trial stage.

December 2010, Conch Kawasaki won the first prize of Anhui Science and Technology Award for the Development and Application of High Efficiency Reuse System of Low-Temperature Energy Carrying Waste Gas from Cement Industrial Kilns; In 2014, Conch Kawasaki awarded the honorary titles of the Outstanding Enterprise of Environmental Protection Industry in Anhui province, Pilot Unit of Environmental Protection Innovation in Anhui, Top 100 Industrial Enterprises in 2013 in Anhui Province and others. At the same time, Conch Kawasaki has obtained the memberships of China Building Materials Machinery Association, Anhui Industries Association, the executive director unit of China Association of Circular Economy, and the qualification certificate for foreign contracted projects issued by the Provincial Department of Commerce; January 16th, 2015,Conch Kawasaki won the first prize of Science and Technology Award of Anhui Province for the Development and Application of Harmless Municipal Solid Waste Treatment System Via New Dry-process Cement Kiln; Conch Kawasaki won the supplier of the green manufacturing system solution in the high-quality development from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2019; On March 26th, 2021, Conch Kawasaki won the third prize of Science and Technology of Anhui Province for the Development and Application of the Key Technologies for System Integration of Collaborative Resource Treatment of Municipal Solid Waste Via Cement Kiln.
