ACK Successfully Passed the Evaluation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of "The Development and Application of Key Technology for Disposal Municipal Waste Via Cement Kiln Integration System"

To protect scientific and technological achievements and better complete the assessment and acceptance of the green manufacturing system solution supplier project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2019, Conch Venture and the Scientific and Technological Achievement Evaluation Center of Anhui Industrial Economic Federation organized and held evaluation meeting of scientific and technological achievements of " The Development and Application of Key Technology for Disposal Municipal Waste Via Cement Kiln Integration System " on April 1, 2020. Nine experts from Anhui Mechanical Engineering Society, Anhui Cement Association, Anhui Federation of Industrial Economics, University of Science and Technology of China, Anhui Normal University, Anhui Polytechnic University, Anhui Institute of Science Building Materials, Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute Corporation Ltd. and Anhui Academy of Environmental Sciences were invited to form an expert review team. Mr.Li Daming, Vice President of Conch Venture, Mr.Wang Kechun, Chief Engineer of ACDI, Mrs. Li Zhaohui, Executive Vice President of ACK and relevant professional technicians attended the meeting. As the achievement completion unit, ACK reported the work report, project research content and technical plan, process route, technological innovation point, technical application case and economic and social benefit analysis report to the participating experts.

The evaluation expert group listened to the report of the project team and reviewed the achievement materials. After questioning and discussion, the expert group agreed that the submitted achievement evaluation materials were basically complete and met the evaluation requirements, and agreed to adopt the plan. The development and application of key technology of Disposal Municipal Waste Via Cement Kiln Integration System is perfectly combined with the characteristics of Conch’s leading and mature new dry process cement kiln system, such as high calcination temperature, alkaline environment and good effect of clinker solidification of heavy metals. The "Reduction, Harmless, Resource utilization " treatment of municipal waste is realized.

This system has advanced design concepts, clear intellectual property rights and many innovation points. The main technical indicators meet and are lower than the requirements of national standards and EU standards. The key technologies of the system are at the advanced level of the industry and have remarkable social and economic benefits.
