Pakistan GCL Power Plant Project Contracted by ACK was Successfully Put into Operation

On June 17, 2017, Pakistan Gharibwal Cement (GCL) 6700 t/d clinker production line with 20MW mixed power plant project contracted by ACK officially passed the performance test and was successfully put into operation after 72 hours of performance assessment.

The construction of the project started in November 2015, ACK is responsible for project engineering, equipment supply, commissioning and technical services. After the project started construction, ACK dispatched an expert team to the project site to actively coordinate the problems in the process, overcome difficulties and seize the construction period on the premise of ensuring safe construction, which was positively recognized by the owner.
Project Site
Pakistan GCL project is equipped with 2 sets of AQC boilers, 2 sets of PH boiler, 5 sets of GE boilers and 1 set of CFB boiler, the design of each specialty is very complicated. The CFB boiler burns biomass and other mixed fuels at the same time, this process system is also independently designed and developed by our company for the first time. The smooth operation of this project not only accumulated valuable technical experience for our company but also laid a solid foundation for the company's other projects development in Pakistan.
